Cancellation Policy
At Formaé, we value your time and ours. To ensure a seamless experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy:
• Booking deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 30% charge of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total and will be permanently blocked from booking future appointments.
